Established in 2020, Teolaí Homes is a design driven and innovative architectural practice comprised of highly experienced and award-winning professionals. Based in Belfast, with additional offices in Co. Tyrone and Co. Meath, Teolaí Homes is uniquely positioned to undertake projects right across the island of Ireland. With projects ongoing as far as Galway, Mayo, Donegal, Dublin, Limerick, Wexford and Cork, no project is too far for our team.
At Teolaí Homes, we believe that budget friendly design should not equate to poor quality design. We have an extensive range of over 600 energy efficient architecturally designed homes to suit all budgets, sites and unique spatial requirements, and our bright and spacious designs are filled with natural light, captivating viewpoints and exciting architectural features. Teolaí Homes instil a sense of excitement and can be meticulously tailored to your unique preferences in terms of external materials and colours, giving you the confidence that your home is personalised to you, and truly represents you as an individual.

We liaise directly with selected reputable contractors with whom we have established excellent working relationships, ensuring a smooth process throughout and helping to maintain the highest levels of build quality for your project. Ciaran graduated from Ulster University in 2012 with a First Class Honours and multiple university and CIAT awards, including the ‘CIAT Award for Outstanding / Highest Graduating Student’.
As an experienced industry professional, Ciaran has worked alongside well-known contractors on large-scale Ireland and UK wide projects, including high-end hotels, housing developments and apartments, retail, student accommodation, and most recently, bespoke residential.

Paul graduated from Ulster University in 2013 with a First Class Honours and multiple university and CIAT awards, including national recognition for outstanding architectural design and technical detailing.
Paul has been an integral part of architectural practices throughout Ireland, gaining valuable experience across a broad range of architectural sectors, particularly bespoke residential, the restoration and revival of old buildings and Passive House design.
